We have programs and processes in place that include our "Vendor Managed Inventory", KanBan, EDI, JIT, Skip Lot Delivery, and Dock to Stock. We can also access your company's supplier portal and review any current or future product requirements to prevent possible downtime due to drop in customer orders. We will tailor a specific program to fit your unique needs as it relates to lead times and product deliveries. We have our own warehouse to store the inventory, but will keep in touch with our customers so that they can be aware of what is going on with their inventory at all times.
